A well-structured onboarding process is crucial for a successful CRM implementation. By guiding users through the system's functionalities and showcasing its value, you'll increase user confidence and encourage them to actively use the CRM.

  1. Go to thed2dcrm.com website and log in. The Leader Board from the Dashboard will be the first thing you see. You'll notice a number of tab options, including Users, beneath Dashboard.

    Click User > Setter > Create/Create New > Name of the setter > Email of the setter > Password: (companyname1!) > Phone > State > Save

    The procedure is the same for technicians, project managers, managers, salespeople, and administrative staff.
