In our busy lives, keeping track of appointments can be a struggle. Appointment management is all about streamlining the process of scheduling, confirming, and attending appointments. It helps us stay organized and avoid double bookings. Whether you're a business owner or an individual with a packed schedule, effective appointment management can save you time and reduce stress.

If you want to assign someone to an appointment under your team in the calendar, you'll need to click Appointments, then click an appointment to a specific date, and it will ask you to "Add User" to assign it to someone.

Hit save so that the user you choose will receive an email invitation to the appointment.

All of your appointments are tracked in this calendar, and you can filter it by simply choosing the team, location, users, and user type.

Simply click the three dots that appear beneath the appointment time to add a USER to that particular appointment.
