There is an alternative method of creating a lead; all you have to do is click the Leads TAB in CRM, where you can view every lead you have pinned from the map, and then click the Create New button to start the lead creation process.

You can create new Lead from website just by clicking Crate New and make sure that you get the basic information of your customer such as First and Last Names, Home Address, Phone #, and Email Address and the preferred appointment date of the customer.

When creating a lead make sure that you get the basic information of your customer the same information as mentioned above.

Click the Disposition Pin LEAD with a green location indicator to create a Lead for that household. After that, you'll be taken to another page where you need to Create the Lead and enter some client data.

When you're done completing the Lead form, click Save.
