How to customize things in Dispositions.

In Disposition you need to Add Knocking Dispositions by going to Management Customization.

From the website app.thed2dcrm.com

For example Knocking Disposition name is Not Home and the short name is NH.

Just fill out the required box information, you can select your own preferred Icon and the color.

This is where you can see the Disposition status you just added in the Management > Customization under Disposition - Add Knocking Dispositions' tab.
