Sales Processes

From the website app.thed2dcrm.com

You can create Sales Processes just by going to Management > Customization > Sales Processes and click Create New

Here are the step-by-step process in creating a Sales Process:

(1) is you are going to create your preferred Title of Sales Process > (2) click Add Section > (3) create preferred Section Name > (4) click Add Step > (5) create preferred Step Name > (6) select what type of Step Type (Link/Smart Form/DocuSign Power Form/Sold Deal > (7) then paste the URL or the link of the type of step that you preferred

To save the Sales Process:

(8) click first Save Step > (9) click Save Section > and lastly (10) click Save

After creating the Sales Processes you will be routed to the next page of the web where you are going to save what you created above.

Then you will see all the Sales Processes you just created.

Assigning Sales Processes to the specific State:

Go to Groups tab under Dashboard > click States

You can see the States that you have created in the account.

Then in assigning Sales Processes you can go ahead click the Edit button under the Action tab.

For example, in the state of Utah, after clicking Edit, you will be routed to another page that looks like this, where you can see all the sales processes you just created under Management > Customization.

Just click a specific Sales Process that you would like to assign to the state. Then just hit Save.

In the web this is what it looks like in the Leads

First, you have to filter the state of leads that you have already assigned from Groups > States.

Then click one specific HH - Lead

Go to Sales Process and you can click what Sales Process that needs to be done for that HO

From the app (Sales Process)

Go to the Leads tab.

Same thing, you have to filter the state of leads that you have already assigned from Group > States. This is what it looks like in the app.
